This One's for You Nanny and Papa!

Kelsey has been saying for quite a while now how much she misses her Nanny and Papa, and Landon has been singing "Who Stole the Lock" (although he is being rather shy in the video!). So, this one is for you, Nanny and Papa! We miss you and we love you, and we can't wait for you to get home!!

How Do I Choose?

We recently got the kids' pictures taken by a friend of mine in Ft. Wayne. She is wanting to start a portfolio of pictures that she takes, so we asked her to take Maddox's 3 month pictures. These are a few of many, many pictures to choose from. She did an awesome job!! I love them all, and I don't reallly know how I am going to pick which ones I want! Thanks, Angie, for taking our pictures and doing such a great job!!

Potty Training Prize.....

Well, I think I can officially say that Landon is FINALLY potty-trained!! Yeah!! We stayed home all day yesterday, and that's all it took. He has gone quite a few times before, but I've never really worked with him. He has always been told that if he goes "number 2" in the potty that grandma will take him to the store and he can pick a car of some sort. When Kelsey went, she picked a Cinderella car. Landon picked a blue 4 wheeler. He LOVES it! We got home on Wednesday night and stayed up until 10:00 pm putting it together. It charged all night and pretty much all day, and finally at 4:30 Thursday night he was able to ride it. He pretty much rode it all night. We practically drug him inside to eat dinner, and he was right back out after he was done eating. He has done excellent going on the potty today, and he didn't even have any accidents!! We are SO PROUD of him! Thank you grandma for the new 4 wheeler!!!

Kelsey is growing up so fast. I can't believe she is going to be 5 years old soon!! She starts preschool in September and has mixed feelings about it. She says she is excited and talks about it all the time, but at registration she was very quiet. I'm sure she will have a great time!

Landon recently went flying with Papa for the first time. Lance and Kelsey went too. Kelsey has been up before, but she was very little and doesn't remember it. They had a blast and still talk about wanting to go again. Thank you for taking us up in your airplane, Papa!!!
