Happy 4th Birthday Landon!!! (Better late than never!)

October 21st was Landon's 4th birthday. I'm a little late posting this, but we were without the internet for a while after we moved, and I'm just now getting it done! It was a great day! I can't believe how quickly time has gone!

He had to dress up in his fireman costume:-)

Birthday Boy!
Going to ride in the combine with daddy
Opening presents!!!
He got a fire helmet from grandma and grandpa (my mom and dad)
Landon with his cake. He wanted the exact same cake as last year!

Happy Birthday Buddy! We love you so much!

Trick Or Treat?!

Once again, the kids had so much fun trick or treating this year! Kelsey was a nurse, Landon was a fireman, and Maddox was a cowboy. (He has a hat but wouldn't keep it on! You'll see it in another picture.)
Here he is with his hat - so cute!

Landon was so excited that he got to wear Lance's fire helmet. He wore it for about an hour before it was time to leave, and Lance kept telling him, "Landon, you should take that off until it's time to go - it's going to start hurting." Well, needless to say, once we finally left, it started hurting, and he didn't wear it the rest of the night!! lol
Our neighbors came to see us before they went to town. Here is Kelsey with Jadyn.

My handsome little guys in their matching jammies.....

He is so sweet! He loves to put the foot rest up on this chair and sit in it. Here he is reading his tractor book.
Linsey, Landon, Maddox, and Kelsey playing princes and princesses. They were all dancing together around the living room - it was so cute!

Francesville Fall Festival

This past weekend was Francesville's Fall Festival. The kids had so much fun (I'm not gonna lie, I enjoyed it too!).

The fire department had a ring toss stand, and Kelsey and Landon got to help.
Kelsey and Linsey got to get their faces painted. It was really cute!

Catching candy during the parade.
Maddox enjoyed just sitting on Grandma's lap (for a while until he realized they were throwing candy!)

Landon didn't really want to catch the candy - he just wanted to eat all the candy that everyone else caught!

The fire department had a waterball tournament. It was a lot of fun to watch!

Lance is in the front.

Messy, Messy!!

So, being the smart mother that I am, I let my 16-month-old have chapstick in the car! He was just pretending to put it on, so I thought it was no big deal - wrong!!! I looked back, and he was having a grand old time with it. It was all over his face, hands, and legs, and he was sucking away on it! Oops!

Little Cowboys and Girls :-)

Kayla and Caleb rode their horses to our house the other day, and the kids thought that was pretty cool. They enjoyed riding around our backyard! Thanks for the ride Kayla!

So I'm a Little Late, But Happy Labor Day Anyway!!

I know that Labor Day was a while ago, but I thought I would still post my pictures anyway. I feel like I've been so busy lately, but I don't really know why!

Maddox and Landon's favorite thing to do all weekend was play in Lance's truck! Go figure - we spend money on a campsite when we could have just stayed home and let them play in his truck:-)

Lance and Kelsey getting ready to set up the tent.

Maddox and Karter enjoying a snack - how cute!

Hot dogs - yum!
Right by our campsite was a playground for the kids. Well, Kelsey took Maddox on the curly slide, and he LOVED it - can you tell??
I had to post this picture. Maddox found himself in Lance's bumper and was kissing himself:-)
I don't really know why there is all of this extra space at the end, but I don't really want to redo it!!

Where Does The Time Go??

Kelsey had her first day of Kindergarten today!! She was very excited! She looked so cute with her new clothes and new backpack! I can't believe that she is old enough to be in Kindergarten..... Time goes by too quickly! I'm very anxious for her to get home so I can hear all about her first day!

Just a Few More Days!

Well, we registered Kelsey for Kindergarten this week! She only has 6 more days until she starts! She is very excited about it. She got Mrs. Dewitt for a teacher. I never had her, but I hear she is really good. I'm glad one of us is excited for this!!!

Bunnies

Lucky (our dog) found some baby bunnies yesterday, and Lance was nice enough to save them from her! He brought them home, and they are currently in a box in our garage. Lance and the kids are having a lot of fun feeding them and taking care of them. They are definitely cute!! I didn't get the best picture of them - it's kind of blurry! There are 4 of them - Roger, Sam, Kelly, and Dinosaur. Kelsey named them - lol!
